شارك موظفي قسم الحماية في منظمة طموح للتنمية والتطوير في التدريب المكثف حول الحماية والعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي برعاية مؤسسة سييد حيث يشارك اثنين وخمسين مشارك من المنظمات المحلية في محافظة نينوى وهذا البرنامج هو برنامج تدريبي مكثف يحتوي على مكون رئيسي وهو التدريب العملي لبناء القدرات من أجل تعزيز نوعية الخدمات المتاحة للمتأثرين بالعنف والصرعات ويستمر البرنامج التدريبي على مدى 3-4 شهور يتضمنها 3 أسابيع من الحضور الشخصي و 6 جلسات تدريب عملي عن بعد ( عن طريق الانترنت )
The employees of the Protection Department at the Tomooh Organization for Development participated in intensive training on protection and gender-based violence sponsored by the SEED Foundation, where fifty-two participants from local organizations in Nineveh Governorate participate. This program is an intensive training program that contains a main component, which is practical training to build capacity for Enhancing the quality of services available to those affected by violence and conflicts. The training program continues over a period of 3-4 months, including 3 weeks of in-person attendance and 6 remote practical training sessions (via the Internet).
